Thanks to a grant from the High Street Innovation Fund, the North Shields Chamber of Trade and Commerce has installed five bike racks in the town centre, four in Bedford Street and one in Church Way. The racks were manufactured and installed by local firm William Oliver & Rodman Russell Limited. “We considered a number of possible sites in and around the town centre and concluded that the racks
